Lower end unit, but with laser, X, K, wideband KA, and VG2. I'm going hunting RCMP today to see if it works or not ;D I did some prowling around town yesterday and no alarms set it off, so I'm thinking its a decent detector. My old, old Vector used to light up like an Xmas tree downtown.

Rod

Rod,
I knew it would just be a matter of time before the bears decided to relieve you of a few bucks.
On a different topic, got a cb for xmas, now I need an antenna. Any suggestions?

Wilson make a great antenna, magnet or push through not to expensive either The fire stick is good also make sure u dont shorten the cable on the install kit the wire is supposed to be 18 feet long has to do with wavelength.
I have an older radar detector if anyone wants it, it was top of the line a few years ago dont need it anymore, stop by and pick it up we can talk trucks. i have the ulimate radar detector, but it still doesnt always work, some people r just nasty and mean....
I got 370's, 4k GSK (with the valve springs), and a 16cm housing. I was expecting it to come Thurs or Friday, but it was there at home Christmas eve! I filled my own stocking with a few things out of it to feel like one of the kids. My reward for hitting lots of overtime the past few weeks. Oh, pyro is coming from NAPA after Jan.1st (rolling monthly account). I'm in enough trouble getting the bombs since I didn't tell the wife till after it was sent from our buddies at Piers.
are you running an aftermarket tranny or a stock auto?

Re:Who got BOMBed for Christmas?
No truck stuff-golf BOMBs this go-around.....which suits me just fine. Once I hone my game a little bit more then the oilpatch can kiss my butt 8) .....nice thought anyways......

Thinking this year's gift to myself will be a sound system upgrade for the Silver Cloud. Factory head unit has been warrantied twice now and is screwing up again....so I figure I might as well gut it all and replace with something better. That or a shiny new set of irons.......maybe both? Guess I'd better wait and see what happens with our company takeover before I spend myself stupid though.....

Jason
Espar Heater . Just in time, winter has finally come on up here. The truck sat all day today at around 0º for a high. Preheat for one hour prior to leaving work, lift the hood, and the valve cover is hot to the touch. The wait light acts like it's 70 out. Start the truck and instant heat in the cab. Espar should be a factory option for cold climates.
