Re:Where to connect a dual steering stabilizer?

I had the Skyjacker set up on my '97 and it went right on. The one bracket was bolted (I welded it rather than drill the frame) to the passenger side frame rail, the other baracket (with the u-bolts) attached to the drag link (bar from steering box to tie rods). I am pretty sure this is how it was, it was almost 4 years ago.

John

Re:Where to connect a dual steering stabilizer?

I just had dual steering stabilizers put on my truck last week. If you need detail pics showing installation, let me know. I'll gladly send you some. http://home.austin.rr.com/hdurante

Take care.
