I just put on my Shx40 and new down pipe yesterday, the only problem is my new down pipe is too short. The downpipe from my old exhaust is only 3.5". So my question is where is the best place to get about 18" of 4" pipe? I checked all the local exhaust shops and they only cary up to 3". Would any of the semi garages carry sticks of 4" exhaust? Another quick question does anyone know what the wastegate on the shx0 40 is set at? Thanks in advance.

Any big truck exhaust shop will have lots of 4" aluminized tubing handy....I'm not sure what a "shx0 40" turbo is or what makes it different from any other HX40 so I can't help you there with the wastegate psi.

www.jegs.com has it cheap, can't find it on their website, have to have a book, then use the PN out of the book & order it off the website

Thanks for the responses. I found a piece at the local KW dealer today, but I ran out of daylight to put it on. I still would like to know what the wastegate is set at on the super hx40.
