What's the lowest EGT you've seen?
What's the lowest EGT you've seen running down hill for a ways. Today I drove up in the mountains and had several miles of downhill at 55 MPH in 5th gear. I didn't hit the brakes or accelerator for several miles and EGT's got all the way down to 132*F. Outside air was 55*F at the time of these readings, pretty cool if you ask me!
In fact, I put the truck in neutral and at idle, EGT's would climb back to the 250*F range.
So let's hear it, what's the lowest EGT's you've seen with the truck fully warmed up and moving down the road?

I've seen mine in the 150 range, actually today it was idling around 150 or so after I climbed our driveway and was letting her cool down and saw it was under 200 and thought hmmm?? Might be the improved airflow I added today though.(new five inch exhaust put on yesterday-see thread)

Pre turbo and on the back side (towards the firewall: is that 123 or 456?) I've been as low as about 170 maybe. That was going down a 6% grade for several miles and being pushed by a 10k pound 5th wheel.
