Whats the difference on the Smarty #3 and #5 levels ?

Level #3 added fuel , boost fooling , added timing

SW# 2 : Only more fuel and Boost fooling
SW# 3 : Like # 2 + added timing
SW# 4 : “Soft” CaTCHER no added timing
SW# 5 : Like # 4 + added Timing

sw3 is fuel /timing like a box would provide while sw5 has some of marco's magic going on. Dunno the specifics though

Go and put the smarty on level 3 and floor it and then put it on 5 and floor it. Level 3 still has the factory defueling in it while level 5 doesn't.
