I forgot to add, I'm a bit biased against twins. I like the simplicity of a single. I'll admit that the twins are supposed to be the bee's knees, but I would rather have a good single matched up with a Helix 2 cam. The poor man's twins.

Has anyone tried the edge jammer? not hearing anyone say nothing about it, so I'm guessing it's not so great?

I think you've got a few numbers mixed up but I'm with you on this one man. There are a couple complaints people have about the 64's. First is surging which the larger tubine in the ht71, sps, or silver bullet lines should alleviate or minimalize. The second is spool. It won't spool like its 62 mm counterparts, but it'll spool better than a 66, and the new line of 64's are supposed to be good for 600 hp.

Listen to HTT. Everybody is saying the ss line spools quick, but I'll wait for some more feedback before I beleive a 64 spools like a hx35 =P

My friend called Edge one time, said he bought everything from them except their turbo and their response was "I don't blame you, HTT makes a better turbo." He has the 64/14 and loves it. As for the "way better, split at the DP dual exhaust" . Not practical or necessary.

I know where you can get a 64 mm turbo that will light as fast as if not faster than most of the 62 mm turbos everyone is talking about and have a bigger shaft than the SUPER Phat Shafts.

The charger I'm talking about is an S400 64 mm that spools as fast if not faster than some of the 62 mm chargers everybody's running right now.

im still on edgewith which turbo still, im thinking about the 62/14ss. i too also think that a big single would be better than twins in my case (supports just as much power and a single is easier on the wallet that is currently squeased harder for this truck). we'll have to see what happens, who knows, i may wind up with a 66mm sps, and a 250 h.p. shot of nitrous .

Learning about turbos. What are the better brands? I see alot of initials, and sizes.
Do you have to order by the size or is there a model name for a certain size?

Quick Reply: what size turbo????
