Question What size injectors?

I'm looking at putting some new injectors in my truck when I get back home. I was looking at the Jammer Stg. 3's or another 150hp or so injectors. I'm putting stacks on the truck and also upgrading to a DTT trans, so the stock tranny won't be a problem. With my current setup plus the stack, do you think that the 150's will be too much or will they work fine? Also, do any of you know were is the best place to get the MBRP Smoker kit or something comparable, w/o the tips?

dont think your stocker will hold any more power. (dunno much about autos though...)

get a vb and a tq and then upgrade your injectors

jammer 3's are 100hp.

the 5's are 150hp.

if you want all out performance, go with the machs. Im uprading my jammers to mach 4's here pretty soon.

The Jammer stage 3's are a 100hp injector. I have been running them for a while now, and I love them. Plan on a turbo if you are going to run a 150hp injector though. The Jammer 3's might get a bit warm, even with the hx40.
I guess I type to slow

You would be fine with Jammer 4s or 5s on the hx40. I ran 4s on an hx35 with no problems.

I'm already planning on a DTT Trans.

Definately give Garrett at Pure Diesel Power a call, he'll take care of you. You might also ask him about Goerend brothers transmissions, unless you are set on DTT.

I would buy a different manufacturer than the jammers. I'm running a set of BD155. They are pretty mild and I don't think that they even close to the 155 rating. My machers will beat these hands down. I've run dynomites, BD and mach so far and the mach are the best money can buy. On the other hand I got Lenny to build me a killer set of injectors with mega flow nozzles. I think that there rated at 60litres per minute still with a good spray pattern. I ran a set of dynomites 180rwhp injector, I don't like them either. The mach injectors smoke but man they can make power.

I will say that I like my jammer 5's. I don't have dyno numbers, but they sure feel like they are doing their job, and I can control the smoke pretty well, even with the hx-35. My truck even idles smoother with these injectors. For someone who can't afford the F1's, I think the jammers are fine. I'm putting other money toward a trans and turbo .

That being said, if money is no object, go with the Mach's. But money is always and object for me.
