I run full cuts with my 5.014s(same as a 435). but it depends on what you want to do with the truck

since its a pullin truck i wouldnt worry about how smokey it is. full cuts would probly put you in the right direction, i hear lazer cutz are really smokey and hot but it all depends on your air side of the equation.

full cuts and laser cuts are the same thing.

Run whatever delivery valve you want. If you like pitch black never ending smoke, try the laser cuts. If you want it to clean up some with similar power, try some 191 or .022 delivery valves.

I run the NE 435's with Scheid laser cuts and the truck rocks, I don't have official number's with the 435's, but I am expecting 550 or so. I did 480 with 370's. I can tell you I icked up 2 MPG with the change. Yes, I have hand calculated number to prove it.

A 66 wont begin to keep it cool. But no single will when you are running it hard. What class do you want to pull in? That is the main concern. You need to find a turbo that meets the rules of the class you will be pulling in.

in my state "CT" there are no rules for turbo size its just by weight. thats why is kinda nice. but if i go to IRP or scheid diesel extravaganza im not sure wut class to pull maybe 2.6 or 2.8??? i want the truck to be semi streetable so i can go race all the "rice burners" in my area!!
