What size Airdog

I plan on running 200-250hp injectors along with the mods to make them work sometime this year but, I figure I will start with the clutch and fuelpump. Buying the 150 would not harm my pretty much stock truck now would it? I don't plan on it taking me to long to start getting some good mods for it vs whats in my sig. Soon as I sell the mustang I want to buy a clutch and start getting goodies. Is the 150 the best choice when I want to put down 550ish to the ground?

I run a 150 on my "pretty much stock truck" and I do not have any problems with it. I just filter my fuel a lot.

Thats the thing, we never plan on going over a set number....until we get there. I originally wanted 350hp, then it was 450, then 500. I hit the dyno & got 534, now I'm approaching 600. I'm gonna keep going until I see that the truck isn't towing my equipment like I want....then back it off a little. My advice is to always plan bigger than you originally think will be enough.

Well 550 to the ground would mean more at the flywheel. I dunno the ratio lost threw a 5 spd and transfer case as I am used to a mustang and gas motors. It was like 10% unless you lightened up the driveline rotateing mass. Course with the torque these monsters put out when lit up I wouldnt want to lighten **** up. My plan is 200 stix, aurora 4k or twins using my stock as the pusher. Still undecided on which stack to run tuner wise. Edge comp/tst comp/adr with the smarty. I want 500-550 to the ground. Soon as the car is sold the clutch will be in to support it and I'll be ordering a fuel pump this weekend. Truck is ready for enhanced inspection this weekend as well so I will be driving it soon can't wait.

We made 667 on fuel with a vp and an AirDog 100. Fuel gauge sat at 18 psi and pulled down to 17. That should clear it up.
Thats knowledge I like to read. I thank you much for it as well. Lots to learn about these. I used to be a powerstroke guy but, I wanted to make power and be reliable at that.
