Normal boost #'s should be:
6-7 psi @ 65 mph level ground
20-21 max WOT
This being said your highway #'s look a little...... but remember that if you are not at a constant throttle and on level ground the boost will be different.

You should fill out your signature, to better help answer your questions. As for your boost levels, they look normal to me. Really, your doing good with 20 psi in 5th. Stock trucks average is around 19 psi. You seem to be disapointed with your boost levels. The reason you dont see higher boost all the time is because boost is the result of heat from the fuel burning in the cylinder. Heat is boost. You do need RPMs too. But that is why WOT in N wont get you any more than around 2 psi.
