what meth nozzles are YOU using?

I don't remember if Rowland's H2O/CH3OH pump is throttled by voltage reduction or (more likely) pulse-throttling like the 2nd gen lift pump.
The electronic Snow kits are
I designed a multi-stage system using good old-fashioned switch logic (Hobbs), a pair of independently solenoid-controlled 5gph sub-50 micron droplet nozzles, and a fixed-bleed circuit to prevent the IP from cycling rapidly (shortens their lifespan).
Also, Shurflo engineering advised me that racing (pure) methanol is better for the pump, as the denatured "consumer" product deteriorates the pump's soft parts.
Though solenoids aren't absolutely required, I prefer to use them for the more immediate action they give when mounted close to the jets.
p.s. this photo is from the materials-testing phase (you can forget about using anything that's not immune to work-hardening in the Hummin-Cummins envelope!)

Snow told me that straight water won't blow a headgasket and that even a 50/50 mix won't either. With that being said I've seen two trucks blow theirs while running it. One had twins with studs (I believe 80/20 mix) and the other had stock head bolts at 50psi with 50/50.

also is there a difference between nozzles sold? can I buy any nozzle as long as it has the same flow rate? like the snow ones are 625, and I found some mcmaster carr mist nozzles for 3 bucks that have the same filter screen and put out 10gph which is roughly 625 ml/min
