what meth nozzles are YOU using?
what nozzles is everyone running?
what PSI do you have it come on at?
what % meth/water?
2 stage? 1 stage?
do you really need the solenoid valve?

I have 2 - 625 nozzles on a Stage II system. Initiate injection at 18 psi...ramps up to full at 40 psi. I run washer fluid for daily driving but only turn on H2O/Meth injection when heavy or in the mountains. I mix 50/50 with racing Methanol for drag racing or playing hard on the street.

I run Snow's competition, CoolerMist Varicool system.
Two 18gph @ 150psig spraying a 50/50 blend. Starts at 30% @ 15psig boost and ramps up to 100% @ 35psig boost.
You only need a solenoid valve if your supply tank is higher than your nozzles. In that setting, without a valve, you potentially risk gravity flowing the W/M into the engine while off (See Hydrolock).
BTW, methanol and "Racing" methanol are the exact same thing.

Not really a two stage, in my mind. More like a variable controller.
Way it was explained to me the pump gradually ramps up to full output...based on your two settings (start & full on). Pump speed run by controller which measures boost output and electronically reacts to the two dialed in boost settings.

If I'm not mistaken, the Stage 3 kits allow the boost and EGT's to cypher when and how steep a ramp to run as well as have a fancy user display.

wish I could help but my controller fried on my stage 3. All I can say is dont splice the wires from the egt guage on the controller to an edge box pyro probe. Snow performance told me they were having problems with it frying some kind of micro chip. They were realy good about it and told me to send it in but I'm in iraq and the truck is stuck in the good old USA.
