Just to clarify, the #100 defueling is the right LPC (leather personnel carrier)?

I agree with the above - mine is #10 right now, and it would be nice if there was not defuel on top - I think I need to "adjust" my stock plate to a 100

You will love the #100........get your new clutch ready if you still have the stocker.......if the #10 on your 215 pump didn't roast it the #100 will sure finish it off!!...............

I run a 0 plate on a 180 pump and it worked good. Put a 215 pump on and ground a 100 plate and it is the berry's. Got a picture off this sight to grind it.

Stat, the plates being talked about here are the fuel plates. These plates are what determines the amount of fuel delivered to the motor after 6psi of boost. Your 24V does not have them, just 12Vers. I'll try to find a picture.

Edit- here is Gunracer's #100 plate.

How does a "plate" deliver fuel? And what part in that picture is the plate?

There is an arm on the AFC housing that rides that plate, as the motor is going different RPMs it is on a different location on the plate. The surface the arm is actually riding on is the part most visible in the above picture, as you can see the #100 plate has a ramp at the end to limit low end fueling a little bit but goes wide open once it hits higher RPMs.

I guess I still don't see what contacts that metal hook-looking thing. It looks to be at the very front of the truck, way far forward. Hell, looks like a hood latch or something to me. Sorry I'm so confused and have totally hijacked this thread.

YEP, that's it! Grind one just like it and don't look back. 24v need not apply!

Well the part is uninstalled on the truck, so you're right that is the hood latch. It goes over by the AFC housing. I'll see if I can find a diagram.

Well you have to look back in a literal sense, enjoy that smoke.
