Have yall plugged your wastegates? With just my juice/attitude i can make 39#'s of boost. I know i should't have my wastegate turnbuckled, but its about the cheapest route to go. You may also look at your boots to see that all the clamps are tight and the boots are in good condition... I worked on one truck where the truck was only making 12# of boost, but after i found that a boot had come loose i fixed it and it almost made 40# of boost. Another thing is that each truck is different and you may be where you need to be.

The guy who built my turbo welded the wastegate shut because the few mods I have dosen't need it. When the 4gsk and new DVs go in then I will hook it back up. It will go higher than 40 but I don't let it.

how do you adjust your wastegate. do you turn the wastegate in or out.

turn it it. the more you turn it in the more it blocks the boost going to the wastegate. i use to have the allen screw type then i made an adjustable one with a T handle valve on it. works good.

PS62/12 and I've got the wastegate set at 48psi. With the water/meth activated it'll tickle 50psi. I've had it as high as 55psi.
