I bought the truck but have no idea about what plate or GSK it may. Neither does the person I bought it from.

My question is how do I find out which spring I have in there.

Also if you have an idea about the plate without having to take it apart would be nice too.

no way to know with out pulling it out
you can see if it pulls hard past 2700 it could be a 3k, if it pulls hard past 3200-3500 could be a 4 k spring plate you will have to pull
