I'll need a new exhaust his year and want a 4" stainless, I'm concerned about the noise levels, don't want anything to loud,(I've heard a few) what brand do you like?

Call Gus @ 704-290-2289. Tell him Jory sent you and he should be able to beat most prices. I don't off hand know what brand he carries, but he told me a while back he picked up a new line or two.

Rick
Roger that...except for the twins part... Mine drones at 1500-1700 like crazy in 6th gear. Come to think of it....the term "quiet" ins't synonomous with my truck even in the remotely close category.

I am running a 5" pro-flo , and besides anything over 2300 rpm , it is not any louder inside than stock, it is quieter than a stock straight pipe , except under full power , outside the truck that is.

MBRP.. Nice sound, not too crazy. I get a drone about 2100 that is a little bothersome hauling the RV..

Install was a snap, except I threw out the standard bar muffler clamps and got SS band clamps so I can adjust as required. Also looks alot better IMHO...

I like my 4" MBRP but it also has a little drone at 2000-2100. It's a little louder than stock. I'm an effort to rid the drone I'm thinking about going the straight pipe route and adding a piece of angle iron or bar stock to adjust the harmonics. I don't know if it will work, but from reading past posts it seems like some have had success with this method.
