They do It's been pretty cold here and it takes a little grunting to get the fuel going more than normal. I wonder whats up?

Add some anti gel to your fuel & you will be fine.

I'm sure there is a way to check to make sure it's working, but I don't know off the top of my head. Try a bottle of winter additive to see if it clears up. Otherwise, maybe the fuel system is losing prime?

I run a fuel additive ( Stanadyne ) But the my pump on the rail is really laboring and there is a terrible vibration in the steering, brakes, and go pedal until everything warms up (30min) just doesn't seem normal compared to all the other cummins I've owned in the past this one ( 99 and 91 )

Yes but I still have good fuel press when it warms up ( 18psi ) at idle

You should have more pressure than that if both pumps are running together.

Well if it is it will be the 4th one, but you know this has been the psi since I put the holley on back in July. Everything was just fine up until now.

Yeah, but if the Holley is pushing fuel through a bad LP...it will be harder after the fuel gets thicker in the cold days.

I would try it just to see if that is the problem. When the stock lp is weak the Holley will try to push past the stocker which may actually make the stocker work harder.

I had the same symptoms from bad power steering fluid. Took me a while to find, thought it was my holley blue but even removing it from the frame rail and placing it on a block that didn't touch the frame did not stop the vibrations.

A little later my PS reservoir started to puke. The fluid was really ugly, black and smelling burnt.
