What can I do?

Okay, I will man up and admit I have always been a Ford guy. However I have jumped the fence when I bought my 95 Dodge 2500 5.9 dsl this past year and last june I got t-boned by a semi. A few days ago I picked up a 96 dodge dually slt laramie ext cab. It has the v10 in it and I plan on swapping out my 5.9/tranny/trans case. What I would like to know from the pros is......What can I do to get the most hp out of this engine. Being a 12v how limited am I? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

As much as I hate to say it this way, just use the "search" feature to discover what you can do to these engines. You can write a book on all the stuff, from the so called "free mods" to twin turbos. Honestly, the only "limit" you may have is money...unless you got loads of money and can do it all at once. In that case, ignore my comment about money as a limit...then there's no limit. Money aside, these engines are incredibly user friendly to build power with. I'd just do a search for 12 valve hp and see what others have done to get the hp they have. Most have the modification they've done listed in their sig at the bottom of their post. Some even list the results of the work. Or, pick a hp your after and ask what is recommended to get there. It really can be that simple with the 12 valve.
