What is the best sled pulling setup?

I'm still getting into sled pulling I pulled at about 6 pulls this year and now the bug is in me. I like my setup but I need more power some guys I'm pulling with are at 800+ I need some help to get up there. Whats the best setup?

I dont know what happend but thats fixed. Im pulling with the 2000 3500 just let me know what yall come up with

Power wise you could get your self some 250+ injectors, a much bigger turbo. That about all youll get that way. Then i would adress drive train and suspension. Get traction bars, make some blocks to use as bump stops to stop your suspension from sagging down, front and rear lockers, weight rack on the front. That will help your out some.

I have a front weight rack, I hang about 1k off of it, I have bars,and blocks. I do need a set of lockers. I'm thinking of building a motor for pulling next year. I think Im goin outside to throw a quarter up and see which way to go. lol

I did talk to a guy about that today, But I already have everything to run a vp44. Id hate to lose all of that stuff now. My hot rod pump has only made 3 passes. I've been lookin at .20 pistons, eep cam and so on. At that stage I might have to the p pump. I'm still researchin so who knows where this will go. keep talkin to me fellers, I need more input.
