What is it again?
Am I right in sayin stock backspacing w/ factory rims is 4.5? And I want to get some Pro Comp rims this week, should I try and get the same backspacing? Any help would be great.

If a wheel has less backspacing, then the wheel and tire assembly will stick out farther. Unless you like that goofy look, I would try to find something close to what the factory backspacing is. Unless you are looking to run a wider wheel tire combo. Then you may need less backspacing so that the tires do not rub. State what you are wanting to run and someone here can tell you what backspacing you will need so that the wheels and tires work well with your setup.

I've got 16x10" wheels with 4.5" backspacing with 315/75/16 tires mounted on them and I don't have any rub. When I was stock height with a leveling kit and I put these rims and tires on, they rubbed BAD. It looked good though.

There's more to backspacing and offset than just tire fitment. Incorrect wheels may lose hubcentricity, improperly load the hubs/bearings, and create a MUCH larger scrub radius!!
There's a REASON those stock wheels have so much backspacing!

I just ran a search on offset and backspacing, offset is going to determine if the wheel will stick out further from the fender. Positive offset, the wheel and tire will be closer to the fender. Negative offset, the wheel and tire will be further from the fender.
