1st dyno was on a portable loaded dyno and the 2nd was on Dr. Performance dyno. Before my stock turbo spools there is good amount of smoke. It seem like it fuels and pulls real hard down low but once it reaches a certain point the vp can't fuel any more. I get the same number if on 2x5 or 5x5. I think the fuel is blowing by the rotor/plunger or something. It fuels hard then it is just tapers off.

You have a fuel pressure gauge on the injection pump? You should try to keep more than 8psi. I like 15+psi. I ran 27psi for abit. What you done to fuel tank pick-up mod yet? I just put in a 1/2in line, below the fuel pick-up. I dumped the screen mesh/check valve. Put an fitting on the top and ran a 1/2in suction line into my fass. Its been that way for seven years. I have a draw straw mod/fuel tank mod sitting on the shelf, just in-case this current set-up goes south.People say you should run a pre-screen. Yes/no, what happens when the screen gets plugged? Sometimes its a flip of the coin to which is worse. The pump is designed to handle some trash, the injection pump isn't. I had one tank of fuel plug-up my suction screen, so I ripped off the screen. Things you do to keep her running day after day.

I have a ppe lift pump and auto meter gauges and at the time of the dyno my fuel press was at 12-15 psi. I have not done anything for the pick up in the fuel tank yet. I have checked the screen on the lift pump, it's always clean.
