i have heard talk about it so how safe is it to run. i know it will cool down my egts, how much of a power adder is it. just wanting to know the pros and cons on it.

 

its a kick in the pants but keep the mix 50/50 or you will pop a head gasket.
now that said my son runs a 40/60 w/m and you would swear he gained 100+ hp. I use it just to cool EGTs on real long grades and it helps a lot

 

i am considering water/meth. i like the ideal of the cooling down my egt and a little added hp

I gain an honest 75 horse on a dyno. For me it just slows down the egt's on a hard run. If your looking at snows kits get the stage 2 the stage 3 is junk.

 

why do u say the stage 3 is junk???

 

it injects off egt and boost, so its constantly injecting if the switch is on, but you cant tell/fell thats its on. Sometimes it actually runs hotter, its weird. Spent a lot of time on the phone with snow and a lot of time trying to figure out why, but in the end i swap them for the stage 2's same day same truck and its night and day difference, Out of the 4 that i have installed no one has liked them. Im sure theres people that like them But i havent had good experiences with them. Got a few stage 3 controllers sitting on the shelf if someone wants em ill make ya a screamin deal. Ha Ha
