A few times? How about several times a week for more than a year at 40 psi of boost? Stock HG (and bolts) still intact.

Keep the boost under control, and don't run over 50% meth and things will be fine unless you are also running a lot of timing.

Matt- The water/meth will not overwhelm the wastegate as long as the housing has been drilled/ground so it wastegates the front 3 cylinders. My truck makes 40 psi on #2, and 40 psi on water/meth.

I made my own system. It wasn't too bad. I did one nozzle at 3.9 gph. I notice a difference when I turn it on. I dont run a wastegate and I run 41psi at WOT. Where can I buy straight methanol? Right now I run washer fluid...

Most any race shop can get methanol for you. I see where you are in Illinois. You can also give Brad Ingram a call at Scheid Diesel (Effingham, Illinois) @
1-800-669-1934. He is heavy into the truck/tractor sled pulling and can probably give you the name/number of some vendors who carry it.
