Ok, I would like some solid answers on this issue , How much pressure will the vp44 handle before you have problems? Just trying to get a good reliable supply system without breaking the bank.

 

I,m still running my original VP44 I have been running 25psi at idle It never drops below 18psi at WOT I've been running this setup for over 2years no problems yet.

 

The standard is usually no more than 20lbs at idle. I run a FASS system and mine never goes below 15 at WOT.

 

i got mine figure out today works good 28 psi at idle not below 17psi at wot.

 

what is your fueling setup?

 

all stock except the pro-comp(or holley blue,pro-comp uses the old holley blue design before holley revamped theirs) pusher pump, had to adjust spring pressure in pusher to get psi where i wanted it, works great now.

 

Did you have to swap out the spring or can you just adjust it?
