I need to replace my VP44 and was wondering if anybody sells a reman that will let you tap the wire and not void the warranty.

I heard autozone will warranty a vp44 with a wire tap for a year.

Checked with Autozone and they want $2000 for a VP.

You better check another AutoZone, we did a customers truck who bought his own from AZ, then figured he had no clue how to do the job, and had his rig towed here.
I asked him how much he paid for it, and he said $768.00 plus exchange.

I can't find it listed on the Autozone web site. that's a great price, but i bet it's one of the import remans.

Well, when we get ours from Bosch, they have new cases and a new module, the one that he bought from AZ, definately didn't look like it had a new case.

if they dont cover it under warrenty and you have to buy one ,i have a blue chip preformance 17x vp 44 injection pump still in box i paid 1695.00 plus the core diff because i had the stocker.if you are interested call me @1 513 941 7566 or e mail me @jamesjeffers28@yahoo.com.if you buy it i will pay for the shiping ,i would also like to have a core.

What kind of pump is it at that price? Is it a HRVP44?
You can get new SO pumps all day long for $1050 with a warranty.
