Voltage Inverter question
Im trying to use a 750 watt/110 volt, voltage inverter in my truck so i can run a computer off of it for my photography business. It works fine, but when i have it turned on, it causes too much interference on the radios in my truck...any suggestions on how to fix this? I just have it hardwired direct to the battery with 10 gauge wiring. I thought this would be a problem when i bought it, but I figured what the hey...

Some of the cheap inverters use a square wave output. This can cause alot of harmonics to be reflected back into the trucks electrical system. Some of the noise filters offered by the stereo shops might help.
