scotty intake is top notch, banks is over priced. shop around and see what comes up. and check out the 2003 section on the board for the latest and greatest stuff. mike

Re:Virgin

banks stuff seems to run about 50% higher than the others. i just got a 4" mandrel bent system for my truck, the driving force was price. most were 300 to 400 dollars. not a whole lot of differances. you can check out bigexhaust.com i think they have many brands there to chose between. mike

Re:Virgin

The day I hear a diesel sound like a ricer is the day that pigs fly out of my butt. I've heard some bad sounding diesels but none of them sounded like a ricer. I've got 4" straight pipe turbo to tail pipe and it is a nice, throaty sound. Now, 5" chrome stacks would sound pretty good to.

Re:Virgin

Rip Rook 4" exhaust system with Allied muffler and 5" tip here.

It's GREAT! Deep throaty authoritative, especially with the 5" tip. A ricer could only DREAM of sounding this good!

I called around quite a bit, read quite a bit, and made some phone calls. Rip got my business.

I removed the old and installed new in 2hrs 45 minutes, Rip also will do the install for you. Give him a call:

Re:Virgin

I would like to put an over the pipe piece with a 5" chrome tip on mine one day. I keep hearing other trucks running stock piping just straight piped and it sounds a whole lot louder than mine. I can't have that.
