Hello hauliday
Welcome to the site. It would be a good idea to fill in the signature area of your profile with the stats of your truck.
I looked up your problem in the Dodge service manual and at the top of the list was dirty filter and an air leak between the turbocharger and intake manifold. There are sever boots that can come loose. I would check all the boots from the turbo to the intake and make sure they are tight (real tight). Also check for any ruptures. I won’t go into the air filter you know what to do there.
Hope this helps.
