Southbend No Doubt
I have a southbend clutch as well as 100s of others on this forum and I have no complaints nor have heard many. Another member posted about a problem with his SBC DD clutch and the owner of southbend clutch (Peter) posted his home phone # for him to contact him. You cant beat that service in my book.

Southbend here.
Had the 13" Con FE Conversion in my truck for about 20k miles now. Only regret i have is I didn't fork up the money for a DD . Bomb bug just wont let go
First aftermarket clutch was a Southbend. Everyone after will be also.

South Bend all the way
my OFE is just as smoth as stock and it will hold alot of power. the old ratting for the OFE is 450hp and 900lbs-tq. Peter has now increased the plate pressure by 400Lbs. an OFE will hold 500hp no sweat. great for towing also. Give Peter a call. best thing you could do.

I'm on the South Bend fan wagon.. Great clutch and great service that has been reveared for years. Some call it "sheep following", but I have read nothing but good stuff about SBC since getting on the CTD boards in '98.... FWIW
