Free travel?

The pedal is much lower than stock to engage, and it is also much softer, It is butter soft compared to a stocker and believe you me Nick, IT HOLDS!!!

Jake,

I fell in love with this clutch long before i had one in the truck.... i cant wait to get it broken in and give u guys a full on review...

I got mine off of e-bay.

TxDiesel: Did you get the full ceramic clutch? That is what I have, and I don't think I will ever slip it It is a little grabby when trying to back up a loaded trailer, but other than that I love it.

I talked with a guy there about their NV4500 replacement and I'm sold. You don't have to upgrade the flywheel to a 13" to hold 500hp/1000tq, how cool is that? Look out SBC!

I would be VERY careful buying anything from this company. They were banned from this site for a reason and I have seen complaints regarding actual quality vs what they claim to sell.

I even saw where they were at one time selling product with SBC stock numbers on it.

They were NOT SBC products though.

Look before you leap or at the very least do some research.

Beware of claims.

Take a look here... http://towrig.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1884

And here... http://dieselram.com/ubb/ultimatebb....=002824#000003

This very guy said the clutch would hold 2400 ft. lb. of torque.
I don't even know of anyone with that kind of power. Needless to say, he was caught and banned from this site as well. I called him as John Doe and he told me his 12" button clutch would hold over 600 hp and I could sled pull with it all I wanted I couldn't hurt it. I asked if it was SFI approved and he asked what that was.
I think he will tell you what you want to hear but as always, It is the buyers choice.

I bought the same one that you have....

No slipping yet, so im not to worried about it. I will redyno with it next week and hook a few trailers to it to see what i can come up with....

yes teh clutch is a direct replacement... i had no issues with it whatsoever..

I agree there

i was playing around with mine a couple of hours ago (finally hit 250 miles with it so i decided to start to hammer on it a little) I built about 10 lbs of boost in third gear, in a dirt road and decided to hold the brake with the club, soon as i let off the brake my rear tires just spun there and i dug two nice holes to my differential.

It holds! no question about it, i feel that i have found some new power in the truck and now at WOT i see 40 lbs of boost and no more boost climb just pyrometer goin up and quickly. I tried to take off and light the 285s as well and well much to my disappointment this clutch and the liberator tires are super grabby so they do launch and HARD!!

I also managed to back a gooseneck for the first time with this clutch, In low range it isnt a problem, but if you are gonna ride the clutch, it will take some gettin used to.

Granted the pedal is a little softer, and for my mods this clutch is seemingly impossible to slip, it is holding very well and the more i drive it and get used to it, the more and more i like it. I dont smell anything like if it slips either.

Ill keep you all posted...

well with the laser cuts in I tryed launching at 3k and It actaully got some traction and killed the motor... so on the nest one I took It to 3700 and dropped the hammer and again it never even came close to slipping.

I LOVE THIS CLUTCH!!!!!!!!

Peter did you ever see if the Thedog24V can "hang" Send him the BIG Bad Dodge and see if HE can HANG....... Mind you with 2500ftlbs of torque he'd be a hand full....literally

Thanks for a great clutch .....

Jason
