Upgrading injectors questions

OK - my tranny has been upgraded, and I just cant let my Duramax owning friend show me up. (besides, I have the bug) I am looking at going to stage two's. I'm gonna pay a mechanic to install them. I am not a racer but appreciate a little oomff here and there. I keep reading about fuel pressure guages. I dont get rowdy often at all and I just dont want any problems. Can I get by without it? I tow a RV trailer and my wife will kill me if we break down 'cause of somthin I did. Please talk to me folks...

A mechanical fuel pressure gauge and line/fittings is less than $100, and simple to install, it's cheap insurance, even stockers should have them. If you don't have one to monitor your pressure, your just asking for trouble.
