Upgrade Question
I am running a 2001 24v and have a Van Aaken Module. I also have a set of 275hp Bosch injectors. If I install them both should I consider beefing up my tranny first?
Of course this is after I get the new Inj pump and lift pump put in

You should be fine if you dont romp it/tow real heavy all the time. For a while anyway. It will most likely shorten it's life, but I wouldn't expect it to die instantly.
Now that I went and said that it will probally blow before you get out of the driveway.

As stated you should be fine for a while unless you can't resist the temptation to feel the power. The stock tranny will not be happy but it should be ok for a while.

If your worried about that then get a valve body from Stefan at DTT. It's holding a comp and 100+hp injectors on mine right now. It held a comp and 275's for a while until I got tired of the 275's and upgraded. I'm very pleased with it.

Man, it looks like you'd had some bad luck with that truck. Exhaust fell off? Turbo fell apart? That trucks only 5 years old, do you abuse your truck?
