Upgrade intake?

I am thinking about upgrading my air intake.

Something along the lines of a:

BHAF
Quadzilla
AEM HD
AFE (not too keen on the oiled materials)
-Any other suggestions-?

What will this do for me? Increase mpg? Spool up time?

The engine is still stock.... I also like the idea of a 'free(r) flow' and the sound associated with an open air/cold air intake.

You know what they say 'A fool and his money are soon parted.'

Thanks!

I've been thinking of going with a BHAF but getting my filter from Amsoil. They make a reusable Nanofiber filter that is not oiled. I've heard of alot of guy on this and other sites that use it and like it. Plus its more in my budget than a whole system from AFE or other manufacturers.

What does the S&B run?

What PN for the amsoil?

Anyone know of any stock airboxes with the screws for sale?

Yet another reason I am looking into an intake is the fact that mine is loose and the screws appear 'stripped'.

Thanks for the replies!

If you do go with an oiled airfilter make sure you buy a prefilter for it.
