Unhooking The Map Sensor

I was at the track last night and made a couple of passes with the map plugged in, then I unplugged it and made a couple more.
Made absolutely no difference in performance or smoke.

Make sure your box is on when you unplug it from the MAP sensor. Mine was plugged in and I drove up to UPS to ship my comp off for the drag upgrade and I simply unplugged my box from harness and shipped it off. When I got back in my truck and took off, the check engine light came on and it had NO power AT ALL. I guess it went into limp mode. So I went home and disconnected the battery cables for about 15 min and then connected them back up. It Ran like normal then but the check engine light was still on. I just had a friend clear it with his code reader.
