Two speed switch

So I am finally getting annoyed at the jake brake switch on my dash and going to pick up a two speed switch that I have in the shop and wondering how every one wired it and how they mounted it to the shifter photos would help as some times i am hard headed when I have a idea.

I got my switch from Pacbrake. Shifter mount rocker switch with an LED. I can't remember how I wired it though. I'll go out and trace it, see if I can't figure it out...
