i am looking at purchasing a used twin turbo set-up from a cousins friend of mine. and it only comes with the one turbo and its a ht3b. how good of a turbo would this be with my stock turbo on my truck??? and which should i use on the top and which on the bottom?? or what should i change out???

If you go to powerbypoole.com they have a setup with the stock turbo and a ht3b. Its under the turbo/twins and acc section
