Twin-ram manifold & Quick turbo?

Looking for some opinions:
A few friends have told me I need to upgrade the turbo to match the mods on my truck (truck mods listed below). I'm not looking to go huge in HP! I just want to match with the existing mods that have been done. I'm thinking about the BANKS 14cm turbine housing w/big head, & the BANKS twin-ram intake manifold. I've read on this site that a lot of people don't like BANKS products. I don't remember reading anything bad about the products I'm looking to get!
From what I've researched/read about the "bighead" waistgate diaphram that comes with the quick-turbo, it has a heavier spring then stock which firmly holds the waistgate shut, as the stock waistgate can leak even before full PSI is reached! I do have the adjustable-elbow, but don't have a clue about adjusting it. Injectors are stock. The truck has reached as high as 42psi boost & 1500 pyro. I can feel the power-curve drop fast when these numbers are reached. I'm hoping to lower both these numbers while creating a hint more HP. I've seen the manifold & turbine new on e-bay for just over $1000! Before spending all that money on just 2 items, I'd like to know what you have to say!
Anyone? Opinions, etc...???
Thank you!

While the TwinRam is of high quality construction, in your application, you'll be hard-pressed to justify the cost.

The Big-Head actuator is gonna basically duplicate the function of the elbow. So again, not worth the money.

I run the TwinRam BTW.

Hope this helps.

Well buy a htbg with a 58mm extended tip compressor 12 or 14 wg housing included too. The last one I saw was $1300 with a full 4" dp no 3" restrictive elbow. Seems like it would help your application for about the same price than just a housing...

Good call. The wastegate isn't gonna do anything for you. The housing might help you keep the temps down a bit, but a more effecient turbo will help that much more.

$1200 plus your shipping. It's what I'm putting on my 95 after the tranny gets upgraded to handle the power. Very nice turbo, great stock replacment for those trucks mildly turned up.
