Going to do one more upgrade to my truck . I turned 50 this year and figure if
I don't do it now I never will. Truck has 154,000 miles , original VP44 . Should I go with some Mach 1.6 injectors or a TST powermax 3 ? I tow a 7500# travel trailer 8 - 10 times a year.

I would say go with a decent set of injectors first. The HO injection pumps seems to team up better with bigger injectors vs a fuel/timing module. Looks like you have all the correct gauges and a good clutch to handle the added power. Mach 1.6 and a module might get a little too hot on a hx35 turbo just to give ya a heads up...

You will like the Mach 1.6's.

I run a set of 1.75's with my Smarty and it is a great combo. I did run the stock HX for some time and yes it can get a little hot on the higher settings but you should be driving by the pyro anyways when your towing.

Stepping up to slightly bigger turbo (PDR HX 35/14) made a big difference on my EGT's without touching the Smarty.

They re a great combo, you will like the power.
