no i am still haveing my egt problem. and everyone is telling me turbo turbo. so i am buying a turbo and going to see if thats my problem.

you dont really need a turbo with a comp (if its an edge comp) IMHO.
How much hp are you looking to acheive? 300? 400? 500?
All this is necessary to know what size to get. It would be retarted to buy one now and out-grow it in a coupla months!

It is a puzzler: 26 lbs of boost on the hy with the comp on or off and 1500 egts at 75 with the comp off. Maybe a turbo would band-aid fix it, but maybe we need to revisit your issue to see if there is a solution.

yep somethings wrong,I run a comp and a smarty on 8 and 5x5 .A 4 inch to 5 inch ,a bhaf .Ive got the hy turnbuckled ,Ive seen **** near 50 psi on a cold night and just in the red of my isspro(1250) at the most on a wot in 5th.Yes there is a hy on my truck ,dunno why

I can do this with my truck easy, but I can go up to 32 pounds. Mind you, I don't let it get to 1500 deg.
