turbo upgrade

What do you guy think the best turbo up grades are from my stock one which is a hx35w with a 12cm housing.

What year truck do you have? 12 or 24 valve? Fueling upgrades? Auto or stick? 4.10's or 3.55 gearing? To help you decide on a turbo, more information is needed. Fill out you signature under user cp.
