Turbo, DV, GSK Recommendation Needed??

Hi to all,

Been some time since I have posted. My original mods have become a little boring for me now. Want to take the next step. Looking at three areas of modification...1) Turbo 2) Delivery valves 3) Governor kit

1) Without a doubt, I don't have enough Turbo. I am pushing 30-35 psi with my stock turbo, and I have a lot more room to move my plate, but all I will do is pour more smoke out the back. So, some time ago, I had decided a B-1 was the way to go, but I have been away for a while, and don't know if things have changed...any recommendations?

2) Stock DV's are probably in need of change also...what would make for a good setup, to avoid having to change anything I have already done, and work well with the recommended turbo?

3) I would like to go to a 3K kit...or shim it...as everything I had read before, says it makes for a whole new feel of the truck...your thoughts?

Looking to take my current setup to the next level!

Having a GSK is worth it's weight in gold. Since you have the smaller pump (175) I think the 4K would be good for you. Some good DV's would be 191's. They would add some power and not a whole lot of heat like laser cuts. A good turbo would be a 62. It might still get a little hot, but the drivability of it would be a lot better than a big single.

Stock dv's, a htt 62/14 and a 3gsk will wake her up...If your H3LL bent on dv's be ready to deal with the miss associated with our ip's...I run L/c dv's (real hot and smoke worse then 4 mack trucks taking off at a redlight)...Try 191's but you may just go right back to the stock dv's

Wouldn't a set of 181's help him out a bit without getting too nutty? 131's in the little pumps, no?
