turbo choices
Ok with the mods in my sig I was wanting to do a turbo swap. My options are some what limited as I want to keep my 4" down pipe from the exhaust I put on last year as well as a exhaust brake maybe. The choices are a hybrid 35 with either a 12cm or 14cm housing (wastegated) or an ATS Aurora 2000 with the stock non gated housing not sure of the size. About the only other mod I would like is to bump up the timing some and if I could reach the 300-350 hp mark I would be happy. Down the road also there might be a 5th wheel trailer in the works about 25-30 feet. So what do you guys think would work the best of the two thanks.Trevor
Also trying to do this on the cheap so buying used .......

Im looking at a swap too, you probably have an wh1c or a hx35 My 01 with a stock turbo is a little over 360hp and the hx35 is a tad small ,because I have a turbo mounted E brake I to am limited to turbos but after some hair pulling I think I will go with a Dodgezilla with a 14cm waist gate its a hybrid with a hx40 wheel for more air and the 14cm should give cooler EGTs. I have talked to a few guys with 14cm housings and the spool up seems to be real close.

Ya I have a HX 35 I had a line on a hybrid but the guy wasn't sure on the price and Mileage, Found the Aurora 2000 almost new with 5000 miles for a sweet deal leaning towards that because of the price and miles on it and if I don't like it could sell for the same money. PM me if your looking for a hybrid I had a guy offer me one yesterday he says it's basically new with a 14cm housing for $750 shipped to much for me to spend right now.
