Which turbo?
I was wondering if I need to get a new turbo and if so which one? I have some DD5's on their way and plan on getting a FASS also(check my sig).

Oh but anywhooo, what kind of horsepower are you shooting for. There are so many different ranges of turbos for different horsepower levels that you need to figure out how BIG you wanna go.
If you're looking for around 400 to 450HP I'd recommend the KSB-1 turbo. I've heard great things about that one and it spools almost identical to stock but has a greater range for power.
Let us know how much juice you're looking for and we can help you further

It depends what you are goin to use your truck for. If you think that you are goin to do a lot of sled pulling then I would invest in a S4 turbo from haisleys. This thing is massive, but they still say it lights good. From what I have heard this charger is indestructable. Haisleys run it on there trucks and no one that i have heard of has blown it. If you think you are goin to just use your truck generally for driving then I would probably look at like a sps66.

I have guages but do not have them installed yet. I only run my drag comp on level 1 or 2 for safety. Im not going to install the injectors until I get a fass, guages, and better turbo installed for fear of getting too hot. I was looking at turbos and was wanting one that spooled very quick, kept EGT's under control, and produced good power.

I'd stick with an HTT or I.I. product.
I'd favor a Super Phat Shaft 62 if you're staying under 530hp; if you are exceeding this (and willing to sacrifice manners and spoolup to do so), then step up to the 66.

With the comp and 150 injectors he's going to to close to 500. PS62 or SPS62 would be great and the SPS66 would be good as a top end turbo also, but don't forget the 64 =P As far as I can tell the HTT turbos are pretty comparable and almost as good

Thanks for the help guys. Now on to clutches. What is the best, cheapest clutch out there that can handle all of my present and future mods? I'd like to have one that is pretty smooth engaging too, if that is possible. Also is there anything else that you guys think that I would need to handle all this power?

This one is a bit trickier. There is the Southbend OFE which offers smooth engagement, but is rated at 450 so it might not be enough clutch for you. The FE will hold, but its known to be grabby. Then there's the LUK cerametallic which will hold and offer smooth engagement, but might cause premature wear of your flywheel. The best solution would be a street dual disk clutch, but those start at around 1500
. Southbend makes a few of these and Haisley machine sells some too http://www.haisleymachine.com/clutches.htm
