A friend of mine just got an 2002 2500 with a 5 speed and i was looking it over and all that i found was that it had 4in exhaust and the elbow off of the turbo and before the down pipe it has a banks elbow. What does this do does it give it any more power or is just used to help keep the egt lower? So any info would be help full thanks.

 

That is what they call the Power Elbow. This really isnt going to do very much at all for the truck.
