Were's the best place to buy a stock rebuilt turbo for my 99 dodge?
My silencer ring come out and messed it up thanks to a diesel shop in Three river's try to take it out back when I bought my EZ 2.5 years ago. When I caught them taking it out, it told them to put it back. They must have not have gotten it in right. Can't believe it took this long to fall out.

I wouldn't waste your time with a stock turbo, I'd either get a piers hx35 for $650 or a dodgezilla from sorceautomotive for $685, or call HTT and ask for their hybrid without an exhaust housing, I think its somewhere around $650-700. Then use your exhasut housing on one of those.

HTT: http://www.htturbo.com/
A Dodgezilla (http://www.citydiesel.net/dodgezilla-turbo-p-30.html) would be an upgrade and you could use your current turbine housing.
If you don't want to upgrade, you should be able to find a good used HX35 on here or on ebay for around $300.
