TST PM3 removal on trade in truck...

I traded in my 01.5 on a new truck and didn't have time to remove my TST PowerMax 3 box. Well, they called and asked if I wanted to remove my "brake controller"- I said yep I sure do

So- I also have rv275 injectors ans the spring clamp on the wastegate.

If I disconnect the batteries and remove the box and wastegate clamp, is there any chance of throwing any codes?
How about if just the 275's left in?

I really don't want this to backfire on me.

Thanks,

Scott

Nope. Just pull it all off. The injectors won't add enough fuel to cause the turbo to go over 20psi so it won't set off any codes.

I'd leave the injectors alone..

Let them know before you remove the box that they will need to reset the codes afterwards.. If they asked you to remove it, they shouldn't have any worries about resetting the codes.

Theyll just be glad of the higher resale value of the truck without the goodies installed.

That's the issue- they think it is a brake controller. I'd like to remove it and sell it.

Why will removing the box set codes?

It won't. I've removed my comp so many times it's not even funny and I've never had any codes set.
