TST PM3/ Edge Stack Quest.

My buddy just sold his 02 and gave me his TST Power Max 3 w/remote. I was wondering if I could stack it with my Edge Comp if the Comp was put back in EZ mode (wire untapped)?

So is this possible, and if so is it worth doing?

Thanks

Should be completely doable.

Will I notice a substantial difference in power over just the Comp?

It varies from truck to truck. Some do better, do worse, so don't do anything. Mainly it's for the bottom end. There's only one way to tell if it will work on yours.

I can honestly say there's very little difference in just a drag comp VS. the tst pm3 comp stacked over the drag comp in EZ mode -- I drove both of them last week on my truck. With the 2 boxes stacked, the truck smoked a little more down low. However, the top end power was too close to the same to feel the difference between the two setups. Power comes on a little sooner with the tst box, but the same power is available with the drag comp. The tst box is HARSH and bucking is an everyday occurance. Not so with the Edge.

The biggest difference? Being lazy, the buttons on the drag comp are much easier to press and respond immediately. (pesky ricers beware.)

Edge 1, TST 0

The bucking Brandon refers to is ONLY with the TST PM3 Comp...which is not what you have.

I love my stack..timing from EZ and lots of adjustable fuel from PM3. Never driven an Edge Comp so can't compare but suspect you would see little difference from it and the stacked set up.
No problems with adjustability or responsiveness with my PM3...but the Edge comp may be even easier??

Worth trying to see it there is a difference, since you already have all the parts...please let us know if you do!
