Most companies have a "Contact Us" button somewhere on their webpage, or their phone number listed.
Give 'em a shout via either one.
Most are more than happy to answer questions.

TST I do believe charges $75 for the upgrade now a days and Edge I think want's $100 to have an Edge Comp ugraded to a Drag Comp. If that what you where looking for?
As far as HP goes both are about 160 extra ponies. The TST is more aggressive on the low end side than the Edge Drag Comp but the Drag Comp is said to be a smoother fueling box than the TST PM Comp.
I run a TST Comp stacked with an Edge EZ and love it great power and easy to adjust on the fly with the remote mounted to the dash.

Nope, sorry I didn't clarify that, it's a 160hp total. The regular PM3 is 130hp it adds and extra 30hp. It's not really how much HP it's where it's at though. The Comp version of the PM3 will fuel and 0lbs of boost on levels 7, 8, and 9, and will keep fueling up to 3,200rpm's.

KingofDodge,
You can call TST and ask for the Comp upgrade.
Edge you can also call and ask or fill out an online order form for the Drag Comp upgrade ($125).
I will also advise to you, that if you run the PMComp you will need to stack a timing box on top of it (edge EZ, DDttpm, or VanAaken).
The PMComp is very aggressive with the fuel pump and you will feel shutter under light throttle and "let off" situations.
But for absolute brute fueling and competition the PMC fuels harder all around.
The Edge Drag version fuels a little less, but you can drive it around town on its highest level with absolutely no pump issues.
The Edge Comp boxes already have the timing feature installed in them.
Both boxes will dyno the same either way, and will provide up to 200rwhp with the proper mods.
