TS MVP (Just Got It!!!)

Well I got this thing yesterday they sent the wrong CAN Connector, but nothing a little modifying with the dremel cant fix

So far so good it has a nice smooth punch from down low, mid range, and at road speed

The turn **** is a nice idea its just like tuning in a station on the radio

I have not towed yet I will post when I do if there is interest I only have a couple hundred miles on it bobtail

If I get a chance I will stack it with the smarty

MC250 you are right it does resemble a piston

Let me know how the smarty stack works

I have more traveling tomorrow and I am checking mileage

It wont be to fair a check though because 90 miles tonight was with a 50 mph head wind

PD I will give a towing/EGT report as soon as I can

running bobtail with the head wind it was 850 - 900, but I always think my truck runs warmer than what others report

Last night I made a few cruises on interstate and I struggled to see 1150 - 1200 going down the on ramps

I am very curious to hear some dyno numbers with this. I would be willing to buy one, if there was something to back up the 100 hp claim. The only info I have found on it is a general "Its good" recommendation. I would like something a little more in depth. I am not knocking this box, I want it to make that kind of power with no tap. Somebody get one on the dyno with a close to stock truck and post a graph!! Please!

Wonder if it will work with a TST comp in place of an EZ in a stack?

I done some heavy towing today with 50 mph winds I was very pleased

This thing has a very strong middle and top end power band which I need while towing

I will stack it with the smarty on catcher 2 and see what happens

I tried it with the smarty it really does nothing

I never tried it on the higher catchers as I dont have any use for that

I really dont like the feel when it removes the tq management as I tow heavy it just makes the trany hunt and is to brutal down low I punish this truck enough

All I can say is that I really like the performance of this box

i plan to get rid of the smarty cause it fuels too much down low with these big injectors. i would also like some adjustablity and my cruise back.

do you think this will be a good box for me? and can you pm me where you got it from/

thanks
brian

i have been driving around the last 3 weeks with a TS MVP. very nice box. i have tried a few different boxes(edge comp, drag comp, smarty, adrenaline) and this is by far the smoothest box. the best way i can explain it to everybody is it feels like the edge comp (not drag comp) with much better acceleration. it does pull harder than the smarty. it is very simple to install. i would reccomend it to any one that wants a smooth powerful box. i dont know how much hp it is putting out, but SOTP feels much more than 65 hp. i honestly believe that anyone that gets this box will definitely not want to get rid of it.
