So I figure since there was alot of exitement right before he took it to Dunbars Dyno and then nothing. So I would take it that it did not make the #'s claimed?

correct me if I am wrong, but from what I understand, is if this makes 100 hp at the wheels. Then it would put the same/similar load on to the pump as the tapped wire does. It's not that the wire is physicaly tapped that is hard on the pump, but it's the demand for fuel that wears it out. So the only thing you would gain is ease of I stall not peace of mind on the pump, right? Just thinking out loud here.
